We make every effort to process orders as quickly as possible, and orders placed Monday thru Friday are typically shipped within 48 hours. Orders placed over the weekend will typically ship on Monday. 

During periods of high volume, orders may take longer to ship, and we appreciate your understanding. 

All orders ship via USPS Priority Mail, typically arriving 1-3 business days after the day the product ships.  Upon shipment, customers will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking number.

We charge a flat rate of $8.50 to ship all orders up to $99.00, and any order greater than $99.00 receives FREE shipping!

Can you ship to an address that’s outside the US?

No, at this time Lakeffects does not ship internationally.

Can I ship to multiple addresses?

Currently Lakeffects is only able to accept one ship to address per order.  If you would like to ship to multiple addresses, please create a separate order for each address.  Please accept our apology for any inconvenience this may cause you.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

Currently Lakeffects is unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.  Based on that, please enter a valid street address.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with tracking information.  This email may end up in your Spam Folder, so be sure to add Lakeffects to your “Safe” list.

Can I change or cancel my order after it’s been placed?

Unfortunately, once your order has been placed, it gets processed immediately and cannot be changed or canceled.  This assists us in getting your order to you as fast as possible.  Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this may create, and we have worked to establish a very easy return process to help with this.  If you’d like to add items to your order, please email us at vacationeveryday@lakeffects.com and we will be happy to work with you on that.
